Chez is a visual artist.
Her work explores the everyday as a psychedelic experience. She encourages audiences to notice the synchronicity within natural patterns and forms, to marvel at beauty that exists in the mundane and to engage with their inherent sense of childish curiosity and wonder. Her practice explores the link between arts and mental health, with a focus on how creatively transforming spaces can contribute to our well-being.
She is also working as a youth arts development officer, curating and facilitating creative arts workshops for children and young people. She has experience working with diverse groups including Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children, young people with SEN/D and Looked After Children, in a range of creative disciplines.
